Dental Alginate Impression Material 1. Water:powder =(20~25) ml: 10g2.Mixing time:30-45 seconds 3. working time: 1 minute+10 second 4. Curdle time: 1minute+30 second above parameter is under temperature 23 C degree.
Instructions and Warnings:
a) On the beginning of mixing, granulars may exist, due to the uneven water asorbing of the material.please continue to mix according to “8” word and pressure more, then the granular will disappear.
b) The curdling time is influenced by the water temperature, it is better to use warm water to mix in winter.
c) When the impression material does not adhere to hand in the mouth, please keep about 20 seconds. Then it will assure a good impression and be not easy to separate from the tray.
d )The impression material should be stored in a sealed tank, please tighten the cap after each use,to avoid absorbing moisture and deteriorating.
e) It should be used under the instruction of doctors.
Storage:
The packaged products must be kept in a cool, well-ventilated place, avoiding light. Protect it from contamination and prevent it from absorbing moisture from the air. Relative humidity should not be less than 50%.
